主要研究方向：
数字治理、政府创新与绩效管理，公共组织创新，城市管理，电子政务。
个人著作及荣誉：
出版著作五部，译著一部，在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇。曾获北京市优秀青年人才称号、公共管理研究会议“最佳论文奖”、美国公共行政学会国际分会“最佳论文奖”、美国公共行政学会“创始人会员”等称号，获教育部高等学校优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）青年奖、二等奖等。
